Important Dates for the Mentoring Program

The mentor and mentee application for the Fall 2024 mentoring program closes on November 15, 2024. Pairs will be matched within two weeks after the application period ends, and each participant will be personally informed about their match.

• The joint kick-off event will take place on December 3, 2024, from 15:30 to 17:00 at the Linnanmaa campus in the Business Corner.

During the kick-off event, the mentor and mentee will meet for the first time, get to know each other, and start planning their mentoring journey. The pairs will decide together on the number and schedule of their meetings as well as common ground rules. There must be at least five mentoring meetings. The meetings should be held in person.

• A midway meeting will be held via Teams on February 20 from 15:30 to 16:30. In this meeting, we will discuss any questions and feedback about the mentoring program.

Through the mentoring program, you will have the opportunity to build your network with all the program participants. The goal of the midway meeting is to provide a chance to meet and connect with others in the program.

• The mentoring program will conclude on May 15, 2024, from 15:30 to 17:00 at the Linnanmaa campus, in the Business Corner, where the final meeting will take place, and digital badges of achievement will be awarded to participants.
