It is recommended to meet approximately once a month, but the schedule is flexible and agreed upon between the mentor and student.

Is the mentoring program free?

Yes, the mentoring program is free for both students and alumni.

What is expected from students in the mentoring relationship?

Students are expected to be committed, proactive, and prepared for meetings, such as by planning questions and discussion topics in advance.

Can I earn study credits for participating in the mentoring program?

Yes, you have the opportunity to earn two credits if you complete the agreed-upon tasks. In addition, all participants who complete the mentoring program will receive a digital badge of achievement, which can be displayed on LinkedIn. Plus, you’ll gain valuable experience and great networking opportunities!

Will all students get a mentor?

We strive to find as many mentors as possible. However, it's not always guaranteed. Sometimes we also organize group mentoring, and most students will get their own mentor.

Will I get a mentor from my own field?

Most students will get a mentor from their own field. However, this is not always possible.

Can I withdraw from the program?

Yes, you can. When you apply, we ask for your commitment. Our mentors come directly from the professional field and invest their time and energy into the program. It's important to ensure that the timing is right for you and that you can dedicate time to it. However, if unexpected circumstances arise and you need to withdraw, it is possible. Please make sure to inform all parties involved.
